About Our Founder, Ameena
Ameena Zeeba founded My Wisconsin Dental with a clear mission: to help dental practices build compliant, efficient, and respectful workplaces where both teams and clinics can thrive.
The idea for the company came directly from dentists who sought Ameena’s guidance while struggling with employee relations, management challenges, and a lack of understanding around HIPAA, OSHA, and essential workplace policies. Seeing how these gaps impacted both clinical performance and team morale, she set out to create practical HR solutions tailored specifically to dental environments.
With academic training in graphic design and an online business certification from Harvard, Ameena combines creative problem-solving with strategic business thinking. Her professional background includes experience with respected organizations such as Allstate, Apple, and CVS Corporate, where she developed a deep understanding of business operations, technology, and workforce dynamics.
Today, Ameena works alongside a growing network of dental offices across Illinois and Wisconsin, supporting teams that represent over 90% of the workforce within the practices she serves. She is deeply committed to continuous improvement: streamlining workflows, strengthening compliance, and creating healthier, more effective dental and clinical workspaces.
At the heart of her work is a simple belief: when people are supported, businesses perform better.
Outside of her work, Ameena enjoys spending quality time with her family and immersing herself in nature. Wildlife photography is one of her greatest passions and serves as her creative escape, a way to slow down, reconnect, and see the world through a different lens. Time in nature allows her to recharge, find balance, and return to her work with fresh perspective and renewed focus.
