Get to Know Patricia
Patricia is the HR Coordinator for My Wisconsin Dental, where she manages the onboarding and employment documentation process and ensures compliance with state regulations in both Illinois and Wisconsin.
Early in her career, Patricia developed a strong passion for working with people through six years of customer service experience in the grocery industry. Seeking a career that allowed her to continue building meaningful connections, she transitioned into human resources. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal Communication with a Minor in Human Resource Management, which led to three years of experience in staffing roles, recruiting positions ranging from nursing professionals to light industrial workers.
Outside of her professional life, Patricia has cultivated a wide range of interests that reflect her creativity. She grew up exploring various hobbies, including Mexican folkloric dance, tap dancing, color guard, martial arts, arts and crafts, and music. In her free time today, she enjoys playing the violin whenever her schedule allows.
